Our Story

FWD began with casual clothing swaps among our friends. Our first public event launched in August 2024, and since then we’ve been building a growing community of sustainable fashion lovers across the Peninsula.  

These days, we host monthly pop-up events featuring a curated selection of local secondhand fashion lovers. Our mission is simple: keep great garments in motion while building community around a shared love of style and sustainability. We love watching strangers become regulars, friendships blossom, and our community of fashion lovers grow with every event.

We are working hard to continue growing Friends with Denim, with more vendors, more shoppers, and fun on-site experiences and workshops.
